Double-storey extension and full refurbishment in Essendon

This house in the heart of Essendon had not been lived in for over a decade, the house was in an uninhabitable condition. The owners who are repeat clients of ours wanted us to extend and renovate it to enable them to rent the property. 

We built a double-storey rear and side extension giving this house an open plan kitchen diner, additional bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, utility room and a downstairs cloakroom. We also completed a full internal refurbishment including a bathroom renovation, a full electrical re-wire, new central heating system and redecoration throughout.
