With architect’s plans and planning permission in place, we’ll project manage the build. We’ll coordinate the bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, plasters, tilers, carpenters and decorators to make sure your project runs smoothly and is completed to the highest standards.

A typical new build from start to finish

  1. Prepare the site – including access, skips, scaffolding, site clearance and facilities for the team

  2. Excavate foundations

  3. Build the superstructure and roof

  4. Complete the first fix

  5. Complete drainage

  6. Boarding and insulation

  7. Plastering

  8. Complete second fix carpentry, electrics and plumbing

  9. Decorating and landscaping
